When Ulrike completed her design training, CROMATICS seemed like an unattainable, cool agency on the other side of the Elbe. Since then? A wild ride through marketing management, events, and in-house positions. Last stop: receptionist at a Portuguese surfer hostel. Such a wavy skill set makes her perfect for the once unattainable agency. How did it happen? Coincidence. And Schanzboy, of course.
Fun fact: Ulrike hates lack of transparency, lies, and chasing after people. Even funnier: she is always late herself. But she empowers those around her to deal with it and calls it "clever expectation management."
Her notes? A well-organized chaos spread across notebooks, Apple Notes, and awork. The backup? That's stored in her elephantine memory. She only has three weaknesses: leopard-print fashion, oat milk lattes, and anything with potatoes. Her dream of owning her own café in Portugal lives on. Until then? She fights for our portafilter machine as if it were a revolution.
