The Saxon State Ministry for Social Affairs, Health and Social Cohesion faced a special challenge. As the host state of the 2025 German Child and Youth Welfare Congress, Saxony needed to make an impression with its central exhibition space and bring 1,200 square meters to life. Nearly 90 organizations and projects needed a stage. The whole Experience had to stand out from dull trade fair booths of recent years.

The assignment was as big as the responsibility: concept and development of the central booth, creative vision, communication materials, merchandise, coordination of all of the co-creators, and stage management for three days of full-on programming. On top of that, we also took on a 400-square-meter hackathon area. The biggest trade fair stand we ever worked on – and we were fired up.

“HEUTE LAUT. MORGEN STARK” (loud today, strong tomorrow) – our message summed up child and youth welfare for what it truly is: a reason to be confident in the future of Saxony. It’s a direct address to politics, a clear stance with no compromises. All of that with a design no one would have expected from the state. We co-creatively involved Saxony’s network of organizations and projects in the development of this message.

We had three days of spectacular programming on stage, live podcasts, and live streams from the congress directly to our booth stage. Great merch with strong messages. The result: we attracted major attention both at the trade fair and across the entire congress. Many intense conversations came with a clear political message that resonated with the organizations and still echoes today.
