As far back as when CROMATICS still stuck post-its to whiteboards, Katha was there. Today, as senior project manager, agency manager and HR manager, she is also our in-house problem solver and onboarding manager. Yes, there is no blueprint for her job description, and there is no way to substitute Katha either. If she were a beer, she’d be a Helles. Originally with experience from the cultural sector and singing soprano in the children's choir for 11 years, now she leans more towards alto. Particularly for large scale projects, it’s Katha who sets the tone. In addition to her role with us, she organises the Dresden International Children's Choir Festival, on a voluntary basis, and manages a six-figure budget. Oh and she does not like Brussels sprouts!
