Is it you? We are looking for someone with a brain and mindset to shoot out marketing and communication concepts for Gen Y, Z, Alpha and anyone else. With ideas and formats that are user-centered, 16:9, 9:16 online or out-of-home and inspire with a noticeable outcome. Someone who can come up with mechanics, key ideas and claims that leave our customers' mouths dry. And - super-duper important - someone who puts their heart and mind into the implementation. In short, we are looking for you as a (campaign) concept developer.


 

This is what you get to do:

  • Co-creative development of concepts with central idea, mechanics, messages, tonality and measures for cross-media campaigns
  • Creation of rebriefings for clients and briefings for co-creators
  • Leading project meetings with your co-creators at CROMATICS, external partners and clients
  • Analyzing target group, market and industry trends and deriving idea springboards for your creative team
  • Creating strategies for linking online and offline channels to maximize the reach and impact of messages
  • Co-creative development of content such as claims, messages and other texts or storyboards
  • Presenting the developed concepts and ideas to clients
  • Preparation and moderation of idea workshops together with our clients according to the rules of co-creation - we will of course be happy to teach you these.
  • Experience in controlling and analyzing advertising campaigns, including measuring KPIs and deriving recommendations for action to optimize campaign performance

     

This is how you convince us:

  • Several years of experience in marketing, communication, media and the conception of cross-media advertising campaigns, ideally in an agency or similar environment
  • Sound knowledge of the use and combination of different online and offline channels to address specific target groups
  • Openness, creativity, innovative spirit and a keen interest in trends and subcultural developments
  • Communication skills and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
  • Co-creative team player with an independent and solution-oriented way of working
