For our Creation and Design Unit, we are looking for someone who, like Photoshop Philipp, can master all Adobe CC programmes with a passion. And it's not just about pushing pixels and rolling colourful marbles from left to right! You can and should express your creative ideas and imagination in brand design, in campaigns, in scenographies, in 16:9 and 9:16, in real life and out of phone.
This is what you get to do:
- conceptual, user-centred design development
- co-creative work in a team and with the client
- Design ping-pong with colleagues
- Development and adaptation of corporate designs and generic design systems
- Development of campaigns, online and offline
- Development of responsive web and interface designs
- Interior design and scenographic staging
- Creating and presenting presentations
- Advising clients on design, usability and creative concepts
This is how you convince us:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in design or creative agencies
- Mature conception and design skills
- Good gut feeling for the right (correct) design solution
- UX thinking and UI design experience
- good skills in Adobe CC, Figma or Sketch
- Ideally experience with Adobe Premiere for animated assets
- goal-oriented prompt engineering to tickle and fuel the AIs
- Interest in design trends and cultural zeitgeist
That's what we score with you:
- a loyal and lively community that prioritises co-creation, fun and projects with impact
- Space for personal development and self-realisation
- trend observation, interdisciplinary work and thinking, profundity and a ‘hell yeah’ attitude, acceleration and deceleration, a permanent learning zone
- A New Work working environment at the headquarters in the industrial area in Dresden
- Possibility of remote work in your home office or wherever you get into the flow
Do you feel your creative veins throbbing?
Then your application just needs to find its way to bianca.schanzenbach@cromatics.de We're not interested in the usual application blah-blah, but rather in you as a person, your output and approach to creative tasks, your sources of inspiration, your obvious and hidden talents. In which projects has the tip of your Wacom pen broken off? Which PANTONE colour doesn't fit in your pen? Surprise us.
