TechniSat - Musketeer training for tekkies

TechniSat was in the process of a brand relaunch when we came on board and our job was to rethink product innovation processes in order to develop user-centric consumer electronics. On top of that, we were tasked to uncover potential of various teams from different locations, to better work towards future product development. Time for new synapses.

At the beginning, it was important for us to create a sense of togetherness and to break down silos. The first workshop was therefore playful yet analytical. In addition to the impulse topic of target groups, the focus was on teams’ development. Our creed: Bring everyone together at eye level, as individuals and infuse it with a lot of fun. As the saying goes, co-creation should be fun, and that also goes for a group of over 30 people.

The second workshop was to translate the innovative power into new products. And innovation needs creativity. Our dance area.
We taught the team innovation methods and started rapid prototyping. The ideas were then pitched by the teams to each other. A start-up atmosphere arose and created community.

TechniSat showed us what had grown out of our innovation workshop with the launch of TECHNIVOICE offline speech recognition. The newly gained innovative power and the focus on user needs were reflected not only in the new products, but also in the re-launch of the new brand. Open spaces, new perspectives and the collaboration of talents brought together showed us here what power can lie dormant in the teams. It simply takes courage and will to put on the user glasses, to develop and test prototypes until finally a successful product can take off on the market. Talent and inventiveness were there all along. They just needed to be brought to light.
